Cathedral Square has just received approval for their latest beer, Forbidden Fruit Apple Ale. I had a sample of Forbidden Fruit earlier this year at the
MoBev tasting. It was a nice lighter offering. While there was apple flavors it was most definitely still an ale instead of a cider. It was a lot like New Glarus Unplugged Apple Ale, if you were ever lucky enough to try that. We should probably see these on the shelf by late summer.
