Join Blue Grotto for a four-course menu paired with Boulevard beers. Steven Pauwels, Boulevard’s brewmaster, worked personally on the menu with chef James Landis. You won't want to miss out on this exquisite union of fine brews and excellent cuisine!

Goatsbeard Farm Goat Cheese, Vidalia onion confit, argula, hazelnut vinaigrette served with Saison Brett
Course Two:
Scallops baked in nori butter, grapefruit essence, fried ginger, wakame served with Tank 7
Course Three:
Lamb Carbonnade with Sixth Glass Quadruple, pommes parisienne, root vegetables served with Pilsner
Course Four:
Pear, Almond and Mascapone Tart, spiced brandy syrup, chocolate served with Dark Truth Stout
