For St. Louis, you missed the new Six Row Brewing Co. (http://www.sixrowbrewco.com/) and The Stable is brewing as Amalgamated Brewing.
damn St Louis has a lot of beer
The Schlafly tour guide mentioned a dozen in St. Louis. How many do you have now?
Oh yeah, there's also the Springfield Brewing Co. in Springfield. Might be a couple others there, too. And Augusta Brewing Co. in Augusta, MO. You may already know about these, though.
