750 ml bottle, corked and caged from batch #2. The numbering looks like it was written by hand. Poured into a Boulevard Smokestack goblet. Thin white that leaves little lacing. Color is a nice looking hazy light orange.
Smell has a light apple sweetness with dry spiciness. I think some of spice notes is coming from the yeast. Taste has some fantastic autumnal characters. There is apples, tart apple skins, dry leaves, pine cones. Pleasantly surprising combination.
Mouthfeel is light body with a creamy texture from the tight carbonation. This may not be the best Tripel around, but the autumnal qualities made me happy. It was a relaxing beer to sip on a cold and wet fall evening.

That sounds pretty good, but I don't know that St Louis' Weston is a particularly good compliment. I take it that you that in terms small town charm rather than in terms of quality because I think Weston is a very neat, but mediocre (being kind) brewery.
yeah, I meant small town charmy stuff. So far beer-wise, Augusta has been better
