Thanks so much for the note. I appreciate your support of our local family farm very much and would love to have you and your family come out sometime for a tour. I would love to show you around. As for cheeses with beer, we are playing as of now to see what we can come up with so not a lot to report yet. However, we hope we will be able to make an outstanding product by the combination of to hometown KC businesses.
We hope to know something about how this may work when the products are done aging in about another month.
On a side note, we are now starting to pair our artisan cheeses with beer, so we may need your expertise at some point.
