The Pitch's Fat City just posted an article about KC local organic dairy Shatto Milk placing third for their Chocolate Milk at the World Dairy Expo. That's third best in the World! Big kudos to Shatto. If there was a category for Root Beer Milk they would have placed first.
The article also mentions Shatto is starting to branch off into artisanal cheeses, including cheese flavored with Boulevard beer! Color me curious More info please!
